Kim Kardashian has denied having a five-month affair with NFL player Bret Lockett.
The sportsman told InTouch magazine that the two had a flirty relationship, entirely conducted via text message.
But Kim Kardashian has reacted angrily, with her lawyer firing off a letter to the magazine accusing it of publishing a 'false story and article'.

In one it alleges she told him 'You should SEND me a sexy picture.'
There is no suggestion that the two ever met - with the 'affair' an electronic affair.
Kim is alleged to have asked a friend to get Lockett's number for her from his brother.

InTouch published the report under the headline: 'Kim caught cheating.'
Following Kim's denial, Lockett told TMZ. com that he had concrete proof' that he hooked up with her, saying he still has phone records, texts and mobile phone clips.
He hinted he would be willing to present it as evidence in court if she launches a law suit against him.
Kim recently celebrated her engagement to basketball star Kris Humphries, who she has been dating for six months.
The two are said to be planning a summer wedding.
Kim, currently in London promoting her various business lines, made what appeared to be a veiled reference to the reports on her Twitter page today.
She wrote: 'Remember, people only rain on your parade because they're jealous of your sun & tired of their shade.'
